WHEREAS, on, February 28, 2017, this Board duly adopted Resolution 2017-134, Authorizing the Submission and Acceptance of Funding Under the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program, subgrant #SA 3-14; and

WHEREAS, the Board amended Resolution 2017-134 to include additional matching funds as well as the subgrant award number; and

WHEREAS, the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Law and Public Safety has advised that it is necessary to amend Resolution 2017-484 to include the grant period.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS  OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, as follows:

1.              That the first “WHEREAS” paragraph is hereby amended as follows:

"WHEREAS, the County of Cumberland desires to apply for and obtain a grant in the amount of approximately $65,198.00( $45,816 federal, $19,382 county cash match) under the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners Grant Program, Grant # SA 3-14, for the period of  August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017."

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street in Bridgeton, New Jersey on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time.
