WHEREAS, on June 28, 2016, this Board duly adopted Resolution 2016-311, Awarding Competitive Contract For Various Social Services For The Homeless And The Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) Homeless Assistance (HA) Program For The Cumberland County Office On Aging And Disabled; RFP 16-31 (Tri-County Community Action Agency, Inc. T/A Gateway Community Action Partnership); and

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing has advised that it is necessary to exercise the first renewal option to the contract for an additional year through December 31, 2018.          

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS  OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, as follows:

1.  That this Board hereby authorizes an amendment to Resolution 2016-311 exercising the first renewal option to said contract in the amount of $10,000.00 commencing January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 with all other terms and conditions of the original contract to remain unchanged.

2.  That the said contract shall be charged to Line Item Appropriation or Account No. G-02-A8-787-614-992 contingent upon receipt of grant funding.

              Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street in Bridgeton, New Jersey on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time.
