WHEREAS, the County owns the following surplus and unneeded property:

2006 Chevrolet Impala (Gray), VIN#2G1WS551369428493, NJ Reg:  UUR11B

; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing has notified this Board that said vehicle is  surplus and unneeded equipment of no value; and

WHEREAS, this Board has found that said vehicle is surplus to the overall needs of the County of Cumberland and concurs that said vehicle should be turned over to the Cumberland County Technical Education Center in “Where Is, As Is” condition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS  OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, as follows:

1.              That this Board hereby declares the following equipment to be surplus and unneeded property of no value:

2006 Chevrolet Impala (Gray), VIN#2G1WS551369428493, NJ Reg:  UUR11B

2.              That this Board hereby concurs that the aforesaid vehicle should be turned over to the Cumberland County Technical Education Center in “Where Is, As Is” condition at no cost. 

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time.
