WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing has reported the necessity of a change order to the contract for replacement of Structure No. 06F0-026, CR 553 (Main Street) over Rattlesnake Gut, Fairfield Township.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS  OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, as follows:

1.              That the following change order, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of this Board, be and the same is hereby approved:

Mount Construction Co., Inc.

Change Order No.1

As-built quantity corrections and extra work items

                                                                                                                Increase $30,738.60 (2.20%)

                                                                                                                                           

2.              That said change order shall be charged to Line Item Appropriation or Account No. C-04-C0-015-005-A1B in the amount of $30,738.60.

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street in Bridgeton, New Jersey on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time.
