WHEREAS, the County, by and through its IT Department owns the following surplus and unneeded E-waste property:

                                          6 pallets of consumer electronics

; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing has notified this Board that said e-waste are surplus and unneeded equipment of no value; and

WHEREAS, this Board has found that said e-waste are surplus to the overall needs of the County of Cumberland and concurs that said property should be turned over to the Cumberland County Improvement Authority  for reuse, recycling, disposal, conveyance or to reclaim such e-waste in any manner deemed acceptable pursuant to the shared services agreement adopted by Resolution 2017-528 on September 26, 2017;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS  OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, as follows:

That this Board hereby declares the following e-waste to be surplus and unneeded property of no value:

                                          6 pallets of consumer electronics

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time.
