WHEREAS, the County of Cumberland desires to enter into an agreement with Laurel Lawn Mower, Inc., 1850 Chews Landing Road, Chews Landing, NJ  08012 for the purchase of two (2) 60” E Series rear discharge mowers in accordance with the terms and conditions of NJPA Cooperative Contract #65MCESCCPS as permitted under the National Joint Power Alliance Contract in the amount of $17,864.00 ($8,932.00 each).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CHOSEN FREEHOLDERS OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, as follows:

1.              That a contract is hereby awarded to Laurel Lawn Mower, Inc. NJPA Cooperative Contract #65MCESCCPS in the amount of $17,864.00 ($8,932.00 each) for the purchase of two (2) 60” E Series rear discharge mowers.

2.              That said contract shall be charged to Line Item Appropriation or Account No. C-04-C0-017-002-A3E (Cumberland County Member #34428). 

Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Chosen Freeholders held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 164 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time.
